LOCATION: Hybrid working at our Bristol HQ - 3 days in office, 2 days flexible

SUMMARY

Sitting within a high-caliber and multifaceted Client Services team, working closely with the agency's Creative Operations, Creative and Strategic teams, reporting directly to an Account Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the day-to-day client-agency relationship. You will manage the operational aspects of client accounts, and respond to briefs by delivering quality creative work across multiple channels, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them with their projects
  • Generating estimates and agency fees, and negotiating with client decision makers
  • Maintaining regular communications with clients by attending meetings and liaising with and providing updates to clients on their projects ensuring you are maintaining positive relationships
  • Delivering best practice client services across all accounts
  • Producing client reports and financial performance analysis, identifying opportunities and proposing issue resolution
  • Ensuring projects are started, maintained and completed by the team on schedule and within budget
  • Using knowledge and skills to consult with clients, and steer the team and the agency in the most productive direction
  • Completing all required project administration and time reports
  • Completion of finance administration & reporting with support from Line Manager
  • Perform any duties deemed necessary and reasonable, requested by your line managers

New Business/Commercials

  • Supporting in the process of pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients and new prospects
  • Actively commit to continuous learning about the industry and sector, applying that knowledge where you can to support in furthering new business opportunities or enhancing existing client relationships

Department and Team Contributions

  • Guide and mentor junior members of the team, fostering their growth and skill development and provide support to their learning and training on Client Services processes
  • Support in the improvement of Client Services processes and way of working by escalating identified areas of improvement to your line manager, offering up potential ways to improve

  • Proven ability in the ability to coordinate and manage, wider agency creative departments, clients, supplier and external partners

  • Commercially and creatively astute

  • Responsible and accountable for your own and others’ work, delegating effectively to balance a varied and demanding workload

  • Focussed on professional development

  • Understanding when to give praise, motivational feedback and constructive criticism

  • Good at evaluating creative work; able to give and receive feedback to support its’ development

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about your client’s business and where and how marketing activity contributes to its success

  • The ability to plan and strategise current and future projects

  • Strong time management skills

  • Working effectively with those outside of the core team, including print and digital creative teams and those in external agencies working on the same account
