Diva has a great opportunity for a Campaign Production Manager to join our award-winning Creative Agency. Working within our Creative Operations Team supporting campaign delivery, you would join our team of gaming natives working with exciting clients and the fastest-growing entertainment industry in the world.
Working primarily within the Creative Operations team and the wider Client Services team, you will be expected to handle the operational aspects of all online and offline production campaign output including, but not limited to, the delivery of OOH, POS, programmatic builds, site takeovers, social media placements, video activity and localisations.
You will be responsible for supporting internal departments by ensuring all placements are delivered on time, to spec and within the agreed budget. You will also be required to liaise with our partner publishers, media agencies and printers to ensure smooth delivery of all campaigns.
You will liaise with a number of key clients, publishers and media agencies at any one time whilst working across multiple campaigns, often for a number of different territories. The ability to manage all of these moving parts is essential to the smooth running of any campaign.
You will maintain detailed awareness of relevant market trends and developments in the wider advertising, communications and creative industries. This include (but is not limited to) video game releases, industry events and announcements. You will also maintain awareness of the ever-evolving creative landscape (e.g. new platforms and formats), and the technical and creative capabilities of the studio teams, ensuring that you best match those capabilities with the needs and requirements of the client.
Project Management
Running high-volume production jobs to the highest standard
Be able to keep multiple campaigns on track at one time
Produce work consistently on time and on budget
Fully scope campaign deliverables alongside the Studio team, documenting the results in detail and interrogating time estimates as required
Highlight any potential risks that could affect successful delivery
Have the ability to work at a fast pace without compromising quality of output or deadlines and budgets
Track work against timeline and budget including chasing timesheets, accurate time tracking and management of the overall campaign plan
Provide the Studio team with robust, detailed briefs in a timely manner.
Aid in the facilitation and recording of wash-ups for each campaign, highlighting successes and any areas to be worked on in future
Team Coordination
Operate as a bridge between creative and clients - be able to push back on a creative decision if it doesn’t fit the brief, or to push back on a client who is asking for unreasonable delivery
Coordinate supplied media plans and placement specs into production ready delivery templates
Maintain the current statuses of all plans and ensure client preview links are kept up to date
Ensure live dates are met and all activity is supplied to spec
Keep track of agreed deliverables and raise any issues of scope creep with the Client Services team
Ensure all operational processes are followed and that the internal team working across the campaign are aware of scope, timings, budgets and individual responsibilities
Being proactive in thinking about initiatives in improvements and efficiencies the Creative Operations team can benefit from.
Relationship Building
Work with the Client Services team and Senior Traffic Manager to plan out larger campaigns including timeline and resource requirements
Reporting status’ to the Account Manager responsible for the campaign to ensure they are aware of any issues or flags, as well as any areas that are going especially well
Working closely with the Client Services & Creative teams to ensure all messaging, legals and other content are all aligned and consistent throughout
Work with Client Services and Studio teams to ensure job folders are organised and final, supply ready assets named correctly and filed in a logical manner
Be an active member of the team, delegating both up and down with ease and confidence
Building and maintaining relationships with content partners/publishers and individual territory managers
Attend client meetings as required.

Excellent G Suite, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Working knowledge of Project Management tools (Forecast, Float, etc), Box, Adpiler, or similar
Well-presented and organised
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
