Sitting within a high-caliber and multifaceted Client Services team, working closely with the agency’s Creative, Creative Production, PR & Brand teams, the Account Director role is responsible for leading existing and new client accounts within the agency and will support the Client Services Director, CEO and business partners in developing strategies for business development and bringing new business, building influential relationships with a range of key clients. You will always strive to improve processes and smooth running of the Client Services department, and improve cross-department collaboration where possible.

A senior client services professional with relevant experience in leadership and business growth
Commercially aware with a proven track record in client development, managing high level client relationships, growing accounts, and winning new business
Experienced in creating and delivering pitches with senior agency leadership and senior creatives
Experienced in delivering financial reports and managing pipeline development
An inspirational and empathetic leader with excellent communication skills and previous experience of developing and nurturing a team
An adaptable and flexible team player, able to collaborate with others and act in the best interest of the business and its people
You are a mentor - someone who is happy to share their knowledge to support the development of others
You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and are keen to lead client projects, look for opportunities, and grow the business - truly understanding the commercial objectives of Diva

Standard hours: 9-5.30pm plus flexible working policy with core office hours policy between (10am-4.30pm)
Remote working available. Currently 2 days WFH (Mon/Fri) / 3 days per week in the office (Tues/Wed/Fri)
