SUMMARY

The Global Influencer Manager will work within the PR and Communications department and lead the team’s influencer operations for all key PR accounts. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for video games and at least 5 years of experience within the gaming influencer space. The Global Influencer Manager will play a leading role in helping further establish and grow Diva’s influencer department and clientele. The ideal candidate will have an existing network of influencers, and has worked on a variety of games from announce to launch.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Support and Day to Day

  • Create strategy briefings for game releases
  • Execute your own and the clients influencer strategy for game releases, including writing briefings, creating contracts and reviewing content
  • Report on influencer activations (24 hour, 48 hour, 7 day, month etc)
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring set objectives are clear and deadlines are met consistently
  • Contribute to department meetings (internal and client-facing) on influencer activities
  • Strategic and tactical influencer and content creator outreach, including but not limited to: Target research, pitching, executing ideas and managing client feedback
  • Build and own good working relationships with influencers, agencies and celebrities
  • Contribute to and maintain the PR department’s database of influencers/creators/ambassadors
  • Work within the parameters of campaign embargoes for all of Diva’s clients, NDAs and spoilers etc
  • Track commercial performance of influencer work
  • Collaborate effectively within Diva’s Integrated Agency structure
  • Keep abreast of current influencer trends and tools and key happenings in video games

New business support

  • Lead and support with proposal and pitch deck creation
  • Work within the wider Creative Services (CS) business structure to identify and track new business opportunities for influencers and lead client accounts
  • Autonomous and proactive re: reaching out to potential AAA/AA new business partners, new clients and comfortable presenting pitch decks to new and existing clients.


PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Familiarity with Google Suite including Gmail, Sheets, Docs and Slides, and influencer research and management tools, such as Klear

  • Previous experience in balancing, prioritising and managing a varied workload to meet deadlines and managing financial targets and campaign budgets

  • A good understanding of the video games media landscape, including personalities and influencers

  • Discretion and an understanding of why embargoes and NDAs are in place

  • Flair for creativity, strategic thinking and innovation
